this notice.
1. What this service is
Leads Hub provides software for finding business leads, enriching them with publicly available information, and sending email outreach using sending accounts you connect yourself.
We provide the tools. You decide who to contact and what to say, and you are responsible for both.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One person or organisation per account. Sharing an account across separate businesses is not permitted, because usage limits and sending reputation are tracked per account.
3. Credits and payment
The service runs on credits. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as work runs. Current rates are published on the Pricing page.
- Credits are consumed only when work actually executes.
- If a step fails or stops early, the unused portion is refunded to your balance automatically.
- Credits do not expire.
- Purchased credits are non-refundable in cash once spent. If a purchase was made in error and the credits are unspent, contact us.
We may change credit rates with notice. Changes never apply retroactively to credits you have already bought.
4. Third-party services
The service calls third-party APIs (mapping, search, data enrichment, email delivery) on your behalf. Their availability, accuracy and pricing are outside our control.
Enrichment and skip-trace results come from third-party sources. We do not warrant that any contact detail is accurate, current, or that a named individual is actually associated with a business.
5. Email sending
You connect your own sending accounts. Messages are sent from your accounts, under your identity, and your sender reputation is yours.
You are the sender for the purposes of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL and any equivalent law. Our compliance features - postal address footer, unsubscribe links, suppression list, bounce handling - exist to help you meet those obligations, not to assume them.
See the Acceptable Use Policy for what may not be sent.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Campaigns send while the service is running; scheduled maintenance or an outage may delay delivery.
We may suspend an account that is causing harm - abuse complaints, a bounce rate that endangers shared infrastructure, or non-payment - and will tell you why.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, damage to sender reputation, or blocked or blacklisted sending accounts.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your Profile page, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may terminate an account for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Unspent credits are forfeited on termination for cause.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of .
